Day 15 - After workout

I had an okay workout, but it was hard as hell.. Dunno why..

Anyway, Instead of 3x10 with 12 kilo biceps workouts, I did 3x8 with 14 kilo.
It was okay, but I didn't feel my bicep muscle burning like I usually do.

Waiting for wedensday.
